They told me to pay extra money. Because they are not a part of make my trip and i have already paid money through this app and i didn't get refund. Also i paid in the hotel also for staying. How can i get my money back that i have paid through this app?

I had the worst experience of staying at this hotel from the moment i arrived at reception. After waiting for one hour they said that they will give me ac room with paint 1800 at the point. When i check the room. The room was in worst condition. The ac was not working properly, the faucet was broken, tv was not working, fan was not working, lights were not working, even their food system was pathetic. There were lizards in the room. In the middle of the day, they used to switch off the main switch off the ac. The surrounding of the hotel was not appropriate for a woman solo traveller.

Absolutely pathetic experience. The property has no lift, untidy and broken rooms, rude and careless staff, unclean bedsheets, unhygienic washrooms and dysfunctional intercoms. On the day of checkin, i had to wait an hour before getting the room. If you have any other option available nearby, please avoid this property.

The location is next to MCD garbage dump yard . Services extremely poor . No ventilation . No water in tap . Had worst suffering after morning there was no water to wash it was biggest morning surprise no toilet paper was available . No hot water in tap . On request a bucket of hot water provided. Very poor lighting no night lamp in room . No complimentary drinking water was provided. No lift . Filthy atmoshphere in totality. No sanctity of billing consumables. Horrible stay simply

. I had selected three guests on one of my trip but when the final ticket was booked two empty guests were booked then after that extra charges were taken from us 1200 for a separate room in the room.

Hi everyone, i’ve booked this hotel through mm t for one night and paid 900 inr but when i went there the property manager denied. He said our minimum room fare is 1800 inr so either you go out and look another property or pay the balance. After travel-ling i wanted some rest so i had no other option. So, i paid the rest amount and checked in. The room was ok types but not worth 1800 inr. After all this i tried to contact mm t and get the refund for extra paid amount. After 2 days they didn’t contact me. The customer service is very poor. I request everyone pols do not book through mm t or else keep extra money handy when planning for any trip. They use fake vouchers and promo codes just to get the customers. I’ve already wasted my money wanted to share this with you. Hope will make sense. Thanks

Ok it was good behave of staff and location was good

Tye receptionist said that makemytrip puts discounted rates for hotel rooms and the hotel owners cannot run it with such steep discounts. So they charge extra money once you show up at their hotel. Request mm t to talk with hotel owners and display accurate and fair tariffs.

Quite nice near the Karol bagh metro.

Room was small but clean. Location was properly accessible. Food was not that great. And for Buffet they only provided 1 item. Towels were not clean. They need to keep fresh towels for the guest.

The location of the hotel is good. 7 mins walking distance from metro station karol bagh. But apart from that everything is average..Rooms are not like showing in the images, congested and neatness also above average. Lift was not working properly. Overall I will say its above average.

Rooms are super small, around difficult for a single person to stay as there is no space to walk after the minimal furniture's. Bedsheets & pillows were also dirty, had hair all round. Only saving grace was the bathroom which was fortunately clean. Do not have hot water, you have to inform at least 10 minutes prior for the hotel to turn on the central boiler. Breakfast is served in the room with any one option. Had opted for omelette and bread, unfortunately it came without butter. Omelette was also burned. Not at all recommend even for single person let alone a couple or family. Should refund the money.

Rooms are OK. But more facilities should be provided. Cleanliness is OK. As per the facilities assured in the net of all facilities were not provided. Otherwise employees are courteous. Overall OK.

Hotel complained about MMT customer care cancelling their reservations at last moment and their room remains vacant and they don't get paid for it. This resulted in getting me room late. Please clarify with them about the policies. Service is good. People are very cooperative and friendly.

Best for unmarried couples. Just show your ids and simply check in and enjoy your hassle Free stay. Hotel staff is very generous and helpful. Though food Was overpriced and not so good But with wonderful location in the market area you get plenty of options to fill your appetite
