Very clean and well-maintained hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location just minutes from the airport super convenient for travelers

We just checked out today from the hotel Orfila Inn, Angamaly Cochin. The hotel staff was so supportive and caring, especially the lady on reception. They were so affectionate towards my 2-year-old daughter, which is commendable and really appreciated. Thanks @HotelOrfila

it was a good experience, however Iron box given was faulty.. rather than that had some other issues which was taken care by the staff in a timely manner... hence I am not mentioning it... it's caused by previous guests. So the management is not fully at fault for that...

room was very small and not tidy and back side full of dirty water. only good thing was breakfast which wasimited but ok

The stay is a very excellent experience. The room and the washroom / facilities are well maintained sanitized for use. The location of the hotel is very nearby to the airport.

I have included my breakfast in the stay but the attendant in the cafeteria was not attending us properly and more focused on paid customers visiting there.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Basic amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, and hot water were available and worked fine. Staff were polite and check-in/out was smooth. The location was convenient, close to Airport.. Overall, a good stay. Recommended for business travelers looking for a comfortable/convenient place.
