The hotel staff was not attentive. The air conditioning in the room was insufficient, and there were issues with the hot water. The restaurant was not available after the evening, and the breakfast provided was very limited. The cleanliness of the bed was also just average.

Bad food, no electric kettle, coffee sachets, bathroom towels. Door locking is also quite a bit task

Supportive staff. Clean room. I would like to thank them all for all their services. Keep up the good work.

Very noisy place. Very small room (delux. Not good pillows. Looks clean and have kept clean but cockroaches seen. They use all plastic cutlery plastic plates plastic bowls. People are good and helping and place is safe.

The room is good but not proper maintenance, there is no hot water from the time check in till check out, they have a solar water system which is not working during the winter season that's what i understand from the hotel maintenance team. The good thing is nearby ernakulam railway junction and they have provided a drinking water bottle once we reached the room and this hotel is close to the main road.

Worst smell inside the room. Bed spread not clean, they had given restricted breakfast. Cockroach inside the room.

The room was ok, but the breakfast was very poor with only dosa items

Not good, full time it was smoking smell in room, ac was on but there was no cooling, no regulator to change fan cooling that regulator was broken so you cannot change cooling of fan. No water bottle after checkin for almost 2 to 3 hrs, received only after i asked for. Same no towels at hotels for everything thing we need to call reception.

The location of the property is excellent. All basic amenities were provided. The rooms and washrooms were neat and well maintained.

Wonderful hotel with clean room, pillows and bed sheet were good, they provided me with toothbrush too. The hotel has a restaurant attached with non veg option, restaurant opens at 8am and closes late at night. Overall good impression. Though there are many option around this one is very good

The property is well maintained, rooms are spacious. Wash room is clean. The air conditioning is good, chairs are neat. Overall experience is awesome.

Not bad for family, good to stay together. Next time will stay more days for visits such good places in kerala specially ernakulam

Price for this hotel wasn’t fair as accommodation lacked cleanliness in room, ac and exhaust vents was clogged with dust. Pros- staff at the hotel were friendly and nice. Room size was quite good.

Nice stay, clean rooms, nice staff, enough privacy. The only suggestions being as they already keep a kettle in the room, they should also keep some tea bags and sugar. They forgot to give us a bottle of water on the second day, and when we asked for it they charged 30 for a bottle mrped at 20, which wasn't expected of a decent hotel.

The stay was excellent with good, polite staff and clean hygienic rooms. Fabulous experience.
