Worst room simply waste

I booked this room for a team that came to work on my apartment. It look a long time for them to identify a person in the property to help them with the check-in. They were demanded additional payments over and above the booking amount. There's no water in the room. Best to avoid and have some peace.

No response from swarg residence

I booked by oyo and paid full amt on itself.while check in time they asked extra money 1000 rs by cash ,otherwise they are not allowing to stay.so I paid again 1000rs extra ,rooms are very very dirty TV and washroom heater not working ,smoke smell occur,not happy.kindly oyo don't refer this type of property for booking.no value for money

location remote, even the OYO bord is invisible in day. (in night of course it lights up) reception is dozy & lethargic. Agaist OYO policy of 30% extra for early check-in, they charged Rs. 500 against booking. The building is visibly leaky from outside (though an almost new building, whose symptoms are also reflects inside. Accordingly, taps and fittings are rusty.

They say that they don't receive any amount so if u book still you will have to pay once you go there. The hygiene is another issue, there were a lot of mosquitoes in my room and when i asked to give me another room, u was told that all rooms are like this only. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly. The bed was also uncomfortable. Overall this was my worst stay till date in any hotel so far.

Very bad service. I have booked through online and made a payment through online, but they asked extra amount to use the service. Very bad service. And room is not in clean and decent one. They arranging tv connection after 8 hrs of check in. Telephone service not available. Very bad and unsatisfied one ever seen in OYO.

Property is little bit interior from Guduvanchery. But the rooms are good with affordable price.

Very poor cleanliness, no cab and auto facilities, no shops and hotel nearby for urgency, very far away from main road. Anything want 2 kilometers want to come main road. Totally waste and worst. Don't book Oyo.

We stayed for 2 nights here. Booked this place as it was near SRM. But the location is in the extreme interior. Cabs are available from here, thank god. Room and washroom were average. Ok for the price. Take it if you looking for a place to just sleep and spent the rest of the day elsewhere. But I have to mention, the staff were really courteous and well behaved. The person at the reception spoke good English and this was really helpful for us.

I stayed in deluxe 2X room. Location is bit interior but good. You can get Olo, uber and swiggy in that location. Rooms are good with TV, AC, comfortable mattress. Bathroom need to improve in cleaning as well as water level. The water flow is very low and dirty too. No towel, no extra chair, dirty balcony. The service is good and he gave what you need. Simple good for short stay.
