The hotel reception denied and refused to give us the room though we had booked the hotel in make my trip.Dont recommed such worse hotel's

I chose this place for a stay for night during a long ride. But my experience was very bad. When i reached there, they asked me pay extra as room can't be given at that price, even though i had paid full amount through make my trip. Later they asked me to leave cos i was not willing to pay anything extra other than whats shown during the booking. Receptionist was very rude and drunk. At last he was convinced and let me stay. I stayed there just because i had already paid and there was no refund for cancellation. If you are planning to stay with family, please don't.
