Number 5 rating happens only with european roads and platforms if we like it or not that’s how it is. Guests are allowed with luggage in lift / lyft and room service is also allowed with tray know this as all rooms and maintenance all almost all hotels similar rules and privacy infact hotels studies is big book topic lately new book is in research paper as classified interesting subject

Average stay at a good hotel

familyThe hotel stay experience this time was not so good. The restaurant was not operating fully and the complimentary breakfast buffet was not good. The ac was not working in the room first allotted to us. If i compare my first stay at this hotel about a year ago and now there is a significant difference. The good part was the manager and the staff were trying their best to provide the best experience however the infrastructure wasn't supporting. The management should step up to support and build the right infrastructure to retain old clients.

Poor Stay

This hotel located in good location but the staff was very new and lot of issues i found with service. There are issues with acs, there was no proper breakfast served on time. Lot of other customers also yelling to reception for untidy rooms and no water in bathroom etc.

soloFacilities and worst housekeeping i ever experienced, it is just like an apartment, staffs are avoiding customers call and attending the complain after follow up. No proper facility in the room or bathroom. We may get each thing on call only like towel, shampoo and water etc. No proper water draining in the bathroom while taking shower
