Review Of City Centre Residency

The property is situated at a great location. I used to stay there a lot in 2016-17. It used to be great then. This time round, there were issues related to AC not cooling, water tap broken, Internet not working (eventually it worked).

Firstly, Breakfast provided is very normal and juice or Tea is on request basis and need to keep waiting until it arrives during our busy morning hours. Also, spoon are not washed properly and toilet door doesn't lock and need to close with full pressure. The only benefit I felt is the prime location of the property and connectivity with metro.

Very bad service, AC not working, poor quality mattress and non responsive staff

Shower properly, not work sometime and otherwise, no issue. Everything is good light turn on turn off. Switch is not near by in bed.

Management communication and service is very poor

Excellent service, excellent location, nice and clean rooms. Staff was very nice and friendly. Showers and bathrooms may need an update though. Room service food was also decent.

Stay and cleanliness are good but food they can improve with some variety

It was a business stay and the hotel staff is very polite and rooms are clean and it’s fully equipped with the amenities

Since i booked through make my trip, they haven't provided me for complimentary break fast, which i used to take. Wifi signal not good at the hotel

worst experience, rooms are very small,it's not worth for what we pay, TV not works , wi/fi they didn't provide they simply says they will send to the mobile number but they don't, loud noises from outside we cannot spend time during day time at all. pathetic experience

Pathetic hotel, rooms are very small, while entering to the room only you will feel that you are entering to a cave, once you enter you will see a small bed it's not the king size bed also, that's all there is no space around the bed also, very small room, in the room there is no tv coming if you ask the staff they will say only those free channels available, loud noises from outside you cannot sit peacefully in the day time if you are working, it's not worth what we pay.

The rooms are really small and had misquotes. The staff also isn’t too interested in helping you, especially when i checked in at 6 am

1. The faucet was broken in the washroom and the water was leaking. 2. The room had a king size bed but it was 2 single beds joined together 3. Breakfast was included in the booking. But the hotel did not call us or remind us, however they said they tried reaching me and i didn't answer. Not recommended

The hotel is excellent. Super room, courteous staff who are very helpful. The service is very good. The hotel is close to all the restaurants close by and even shopping malls. I have stayed here for the last five years every time i come for work. I would recommend this hotel any time.

Very good rooms, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms, excellent service, main advantage for me: very close to metro, have stayed here 5-6times in last 6 years. Not tried food, since plenty of legendary options close by.

The hotel is nice with a great location comfortable location near the metro, walking to 100ft road of indiranagar. And yet it’s in a peaceful location.

I like breakfast and hospitality.

I enjoyed a lot at the is are were and in say or what is this, who is this, where r u, how is it. Veyr nice place tot stay and super t staff. It is very nice place to stay and beautiful location.
