Al Noor Palace

I have stayed in Al Noor palace Koramangala main concern is parking there is no proper place for parking you should park on road and breakfast is not good otherwise smooth check in and rooms are good 24/7 reception support overall good

Rooms are not maintained properly. Room amenities are not provided. Toilets are in pathetic condition.

Not comeing hot water in tab and also no dust bin bed sheet and pillows not clean and towel also not clean

I booked two rooms at this hotel, but I was very disappointed with the conditions. One room had a broken window, while the other had a broken ceiling. On top of that the bed sheets were not properly cleaned. Overall, the stay was far below expectations

First of all we reached the place at 4pm well above the time of check in, still he made us 15 minute wait. And when we checked in the AC was not working properly even at the temperature of 18 we felt humid, did not provide us the 2 towels initially and i called up the reception we had to wait for 20 mins to collect it and we were in a hurry to go to an event. And noticed there was no soaps or brushes or tooth paste kept in the morning called up again.. and had to wait for 30 mins we requested for the room change at night which the receptionist had agreed in the evening 5pm. And when we asked at night around 11:30pm the new receptionist din bother to hear us. Previously booked there was good experience but this time it was worst. Never visiting the place again

Location was good but room was compact bathroom could be a lot cleaner..there was some noise with bathroom door which made constant noise unable to sleep

worst of the worst hotel. bathroom ceiling was damaged and it was leaking pillow covers was havoc looks like they are not washed from months. Bad smell in the rooms. room was not cleaned at all. used tissues and toiletries are there

ROOMS ARE REALLY BAD MOSQUITO NET ARE EVERYWHERE NOT SAFE FOR LIVING MONEY IS NOT REFUNDABLE IF YOU LIVE THE HOTEL

The staff is good and room is clean but the leap is little bit slow

I am regularly staying here. Positive is the location. Of course there are some improvements required like maintenance, timely room service. DON'T RELY ON THEIR FREE BREAKFAST

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the housekeeping and service. When I checked in, the room appeared fine at first glance, but I noticed that the bedsheet and duvet cover had stains. I tried calling the reception using the in-room telephone, but there was no response. Later, I was shifted to another room, but unfortunately, the same issue persisted — the bedsheet and duvet cover were stained again, and the washroom floor was wet and hadn’t been cleaned properly. Since the room telephone was not working or ignored, I had to call the reception using my mobile phone. Only then did they respond and send a housekeeping staff member. He initially tried to reuse the same stained duvet cover but eventually changed it after I insisted. However, he did not replace the stained bedsheet and casually said, “There’s just a small stain, it’s not a problem—you can use it.” This experience was very disappointing. I used to book this hotel regularly and had good experiences in the past, but this time the service was far below expectations. It seems the staff is not properly trained and the management is not attentive. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its housekeeping standards and responsiveness.

I’m staying in this property for more than 2 years when ever I travel to Bengaluru, but now the management has changed they have worst non responsive staff with high attitude, no hygiene, no toiletries, we should fight for water bottle, TV will not function and AC remote will have issue. Nothings checked before giving to the guests. That too especially I being regular guest in this property, highly dissatisfied! From last couple of stays here I had worst experience.

Stay was wonderful staffs are very polite and helpful rooms are clean and spacious would love to visit again in future.

We were offered an unclean room. Then someone came and offered a decently prepped room. The washroom wasn’t maintained but the room was okay.
