Terrible experience at Hotel Royal Wood. Booked 2 rooms—both were filthy and full of small cockroaches. Bathrooms had no door locks, flush didn’t work, toilets weren’t cleaned, and towels looked used. TV and room phone were non-functional. They falsely advertised free parking but told us to park on a risky roadside. Totally unhygienic and unprofessional. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I had a trust for Make my trip. Basic tolietries were not provided. The linens and turky was like used.

The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. Staff is really helpful. They go beyond and above to help you have a comfortable stay.

Good Experience, No food, no room-service, good to stay alone, no daily cleaning, Power supply 24 x 7.

Room’s clean and really comfortable. Loved the stay. Staff were amazing. Everything were setup nicely in the room and kept water and basic items before coming.

It was quite a comfortable stay. The management was quite welcoming, and were responsive. I enjoyed my stay here, and would like to return soon.

The rooms are smelly and very narrow. They didn't provide basic stuff like tooth paste, towell. Bath rooms were not clean. On top of this they were force me to veccate by 11 am though i had checked in at last night.

Cockroaches in the room. Telephone wasn't working. Bed and shower wasn't in good condition.

Room was very small & smelling, no mosquito liquids, cockroach was in rooms, no hot water - so overall stay was not good. Toilet flush button was not there as well.
