The provided room has no air conditioning. The hotel staff's behavior was rude. The room was not cleaned. Additionally, there was no electricity for almost 6 to 8 hours.

Rude and asking for extra amout

The caretaker is very rude, asking for an extra amount, even though they are not giving a receipt for the extra charged amount. Since we have booked online asking us to get a receipt from online. Or cancel the booking go to another hotel if we don't follow what they say.

Cons 1. The hotel staff took extra money 334rs because the room price was less which we booked through mm t they said 2. The corridors are too much smell 3. The hotel staff & room staffs are not behaving properly 4. The room bedspreads & pillow covers are not changed even me & my friend slept on the same because we reached late to stay 5. Room staffs were told that the bed spread & pillow cover has not arrived from washing 6. Not recommended this type of stay 7. The mm t should cancel there commitment with this nra residency 8. Otherwise people will refuse to use mm t app for there stays
