our check in time is 12.00pm and we're at the hotel in 8am and we're pay extra 500 for early check in (4hrs). That's not their problem and I just mentioned thats all.

Common problem for bus travellers is early check in. Many hotels don’t confirm the availability even though they have. They have a firm confirmation on availability and also charged right without extortion. Offered complimentary breakfast also with early check in. Offered early breakfast before their standard time on request. Good work guys. You got a long way to go.
