Never go this hotel totally bed experience waste of money i have paid online 643 already but receptionist say i am not provide this room at this rate kindly send me 300 hundred extra than i will give u a room never go these types of hotel totally bed experience

Taken 1000/- Extra for Booking Otherwise Booking Would be Cancelled. Location is Good AC and Other Facility Good

After reaching the hotel they asked for double money, otherwise you go and ask money to make my trip, night too tired and also we tried to call mm t no response. The receptionist said that if i give double they only give room. At last, we paid

Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean. There is a pipe for hot water but no hot water. There is AC but there is no remote to turn it on or off. 350/- will be charged as maintenance charge than mentioned.

Plea don’t even thing of staying in this hotel. There were blood stains on the bedsheets, pillow were black, and there were leakage in the washroom

The room was full of cigarettes smell, communication with the staff was too bad.

1) i am paid on only, receptionist ask for 200 rupees, i said him i am already paid, but he said he need 200 rupees 2) room is bad, and bathroom like as public toilet. I am totally disappointed with this hotel

Worst hotel in Bangalore. The staff was so rude to a point. We had exam next day. Horrible rooms n service. Never going back

They will ask us to cancel and book as fresh from them.

The day we stayed, it rained heavily so they put lift off saying water has entered the lift. So we asked helper boy to help us with luggage but they were least bothered. We had to carry our luggage for 4 floors ourselves. Initially we booked room for 1 day, that we got an average room. Then we had to extend for another day and on 2nd day price of room was lesser on app so I got room for less price compared to 1st day. So they said we have to shift the room and gave us very small room where we hardly had space to walk. If app provides me good offer and less price then it means I will surely not get good room and service. I would give only 1 star to their poor service and room.
