Very worst experience the rooms are not cleaned there is no proper facilities floor are not cleaned

The rooms were totally different from the picture And and the rooms were a bit smelly. The geyser were not working.

first fall location was not good and room so dirty,,inside room cockroach was there ,,if Im paying this much n giving me like this room I would not be booking here

Cigarette Smoky and dirty room and washroom. Even the hallway reeked of smoke. Basic toiletries not provided. When complained about the smoke the only response was they will spray air freshener. booked for 3 nights , stayed only for an hour. No refund provided. Make my trip offer only

We had book Super Collection O Indiranagar but when we called given contact they told there was no booking in my name. Then given directions was to oyo Townhouse Oak Indiranagar which had our booking and I tried to reach customer care service for this unable to reach. We booked room which was little neat and spacious but since the hotel was completely different they allotted an available room which was okish. There was no water bottle or towels kept after asking multiple times only we got the towels. Overall compared to price we paid experience was bad if the price for the room we got we would have rated more
