RZ residency

The property is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Very well maintained. The property manager raju is very helpful and friendly. Absolutely clean rooms, stocked with all the daily necessities in terms of cooking utensils and storage containers. Rooms are spot on clean and beautifully decorated. Looks as good as it is in the pictures. The owners ravi and akshay are always approachable on call and very humble and helpful as well. My stay was absolutely comfortable and without any complaints.

Room was neat and clean as shown in the pictures. I have booked a three bed apartment. I have also made full payment, but at the time of check in RZ residency person requested me for pay additional rs 800- for the extra guest even though confirmation was clearly mentioning this booking was for three guest.

Stayed at rz residency with my family and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-suited for families. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff making our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended for a family visit.
