RZ residency

Property management is a pain. When called initially they quoted 3000 rs and when I told to book the place they told the price is increased to 3,200 rs and when asked why the sudden increase, he said they update on a daily basis. Then u did not want to book it because the owner sounded very shady. But since we saw good reviews and also a price which was as low on MMT, I went ahead with the booking. When we reached the property, there was no one to attend to us and the number given was not reachable. We had to drop off out luggage in a random room and somehow got in touch with the owner. Owner was hell bent on saying that the room number would be given during the booking itself. After hours of waiting, irritation and confusion. He assigned a room and we settled there. Not an experience i would want

Worst stay ever

The stay was very good. Staff was very polite. Rooms were very hygienic and over all stay was very good. Will recommend and consider for future stay. Thankyou

The stay was pretty comfortable and there was no disturbance whatsoever. I recommend anyone who wants to have a hassle free experience.

Stayed at rz residency with my family and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-suited for families. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff making our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended for a family visit.

Good service and good behavior

Poor location, it’s a multi story apartment on a cross street in a housing colony. No food, no proper house keeping, no proper office, reception or staff, no curtains for one bedroom. All together pretty bad experience.

It's was nice place to stay and relax. Very clean. Super comfort.

The property is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Very well maintained. The property manager raju is very helpful and friendly. Absolutely clean rooms, stocked with all the daily necessities in terms of cooking utensils and storage containers. Rooms are spot on clean and beautifully decorated. Looks as good as it is in the pictures. The owners ravi and akshay are always approachable on call and very humble and helpful as well. My stay was absolutely comfortable and without any complaints.

Room was neat and clean as shown in the pictures. I have booked a three bed apartment. I have also made full payment, but at the time of check in hotel person requested me for pay additional rs 800- for the extra guest even though confirmation was clearly mentioning this booking was for three guest.
