Inconvenience at the hotel

We booked our stay at omrv hotel through make my trip by paying the full amount that has shown in the app. But when we reached there they refused to give us the room for the amount which we have already payed. They asked us to pay 1000 rupees more for the rooms which we have already booked by paying the full amount through the app. We ask you for the full refund.

Hotel cheated me by taking rs 200 extra in cash. As it was around 8pm i couldn't do anything and had to pay 200. Fraud hotel should be penalized

The hotel manager asked us to get out for a booking. We literally had no idea about what to do then i asked why ? they said we charged 1000 rs for rooms but you booked a room for rs so we don't allow you to stay in the room. Then we have no idea about what to do. Finally they charged us extra 500 rs then provided a room.

Excellent Stay

Breakfast is very tasty, like south style.
It's very nice to stay here for me. Specially, all staff are very helpful. But the room is so small size. Otherwise, everything is good.
