Worst Experience Ever in my entire life

Room me saaf safai nai hai a gal bagel pura gangagi pada hua hai, room ka saamne bear botal pada hua hai

Very bad property, in the pictures and description they have mentioned ac but when you check in they ask extra amount for ac. Also, owner and reception guy does not even bother to check in they are speaking very badly and it seems they are not bother about the booking. Room is worst smelling and very tiny room. With no proper ameneties and services. Very bad experience.

First owner charged extra amount than i paid second the location was horrifiying. Third it is a flat converted to rooms. There is a hall kitchen and dining and bedrooms were converted into rooms. Water was yellowish. Toilet was full of algae. Pathetic condition. No sign boards or name of the hotel in front

It was the worst stay of my life, first the hotel was not at all hygienic, then he asked me to pay 750rs extra since i had no other option and needed the room i paid him, but the rooms were so bad that i checked out the same night. Please take serious action against the hotel

Advertised as in main tambaram. No hotel or coffee tea available nearby. When i book for two people they said i have booked for one only. The reason it shows one person only on their side. So they charged rs 400 extra for 2nd person. It was 11 pm in the night so i paid for it. Not advisable for families. When i reach make my trip contact i could not get connected.

The hotel was horrible. The hotel management didn't wash bathroom any day or the room was not cleared any time during my stay. The hotel supplied water in bathroom was dangerous looking like latrin water and giving terrific smell which in infectious.

The person took extra cash of rs. 390, otherwise asked to log off

As we have booked it via make my trip, my occupancy was booked for 4 days. The manager denied us even staying, as i wasn't physically present over there. The manager asked my father and sister to move out of the property. Then they provided us for 1 day to stay, after i had to quarrel with the manager. Overall, i had the worst experience, and i even spent 3000 rs on this pathetic property. Even though i contacted make my trip, none of them from their end helped us also. I never experienced such a terrific experience.

Welcome by the house keeping guys was horrible. No proper response for anything. Worst rooms to stay. No cleanliness. Not a proper customer and they do not handle customers. And the place is in a remote area outskirt of chennai. No shops no taxi facilities. Horrible reception area.
