Located at Navalur on the OMR, the hotel is at a convenient spot. It is not on the beach but at a short distance from it. The rooms are spacious enough and tidy. The staff is courteous and prompt in attending to one's needs. The hotel does not have uninterrupted power supply and so the AC and TV get switched off every time there is a power failure. The TV is required to be connected to one's mobile hotspot and in case of power failure a tedious process has to be followed to resume watching. This was painful because the power supply got disrupted several times including while asleep at night. In-house restaurant offers a variety of dishes which can be availed of in the room also.

It was really good. Food was good. Stay was good. Staff was super nice.

Stay was awesome, must experience this- worth spending money, but the food I had breakfast lunch and dinner was not that up to the mark, it was okay

Poor services 1. bed sheets not changed 2. No shampoo and conditioner filled in the bathroom 3. Soap and others not provided during entire stay

It was indeed a great place for the stay and will book for future reference. Along with that I'm looking forward to the same service.

In the beginning the room allocation was delayed and I was provided with an undesirable room whilst requesting for an alternate I was made to wait for nearly a hour. So I have to say it was quite disheartening since I have had past good experience with Ginger, OMR.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was decent. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

Property location was good and they do provide complimentary breakfast. Breakfast buffet had a many varieties. The food was good and there was parking facility available.

Stay was pleasant. Staffs were courteous. The complimentary breakfast was sumptuous. Overall we had a good stay at Ginger. 5 Stars to the property.

Overall experience is good, but room size is very small.
