I’m booking raj palace but they given stay other small hotel and room inside some cockroach’s there bed linen stains wash room ok and service not gud reception person interacting need to improve

The hotel response was good wen I reach out to the hotel I went with my family They didn’t even worry n was ready to hear about my problem I even raised to makemytrip even in makemytrip they didn’t responses properly I was very upset on this booking

room servicing is very poor...i would not recommend staying here ... prices are very high as compared to hotel services, food quality and room maintenance

Yes I gave 5 - Excellent.. ratings..bcz everything was good.. affordable price, Food was so good, tasty.. Nice hospitality, Rooms are spacious, we six members stayed there due to one award function.. We really enjoyed it. A wonderful place to Stay there..

Service so poor room was smelly like anything Riceptionist are so rude and also careless while check in

Room is good and spacious. Room allocated in another building of same property but doesn't have lift facility which was a challenge for aged people. overall value for money and staffs are very friendly.

Room was not ready to occupy even at 9:45 PM. Waited another 20 min to get the room to stay. Hot water not coming in bathroom at night

Worst Hotel Experience – Left in 15 Minutes! Checked in and was immediately hit by a strong spray smell, likely from cockroach or pest control. Found signs of bed bugs on the bed and overall very poor hygiene. I left within 15 minutes, losing my booking money. Absolutely unacceptable — will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid

Hotel is good and food is also good. Need to improve little bit on service and packed water bottles need to provide.

The property is quite decent and the staff is also co operative. The one thing which is not upto the mark is the hotels wifi

Everywhere we can see cockroaches, even in bed & near food items. They can maintain much better & even MMT has to validate the property before they onboard into their partner list

Room was allotted at 4pm room not clean

allotted an uncleaned room at 10 pm in the night and forces me to stay outside the room about 1 hr. I were able to get in to room around 11 pm after cleaning the same room. They didn't allot another room. Horrible service.

Room was clean. They sprayed anti-cockroach in the toilet which was smelling very bad. sanitary fittings were in working condition. electrical sockets weathered out. loose and shaking. common area seats were not clean. staff were very efficient and friendly

Hotel location is very ideal , maintenance is bad , furniture is pretty old and broken. Breakfast is horrible, staff are courteous.
