I had a very bad experience with a room booking made through a FabHotels property. I booked a room and walked 1.5 kilometers to reach the location, only to be told by the reception staff that no room was available.
They mentioned they would contact FabHotels, but I had to wait for over half an hour before someone from the Fab team got in touch. I was then informed that they could arrange another room, but I would have to pay for it, and it was located elsewhere—requiring more travel.
Due to this situation, I had to cancel an important meeting, which significantly impacted my professional commitments and career. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a travel service.
I am extremely disappointed and exhausted by this ordeal. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience, i paid for this room
