BEDBUGS IN ROO
I got a free room upgrade thanks to MMT Black but the room had bedbugs.. we had to sleep on the floor to avoid them.

The hotel is good and staff is very good but price vise the hotel is not upto the mark.

Horrible Found bed bugs
Found bed bugs had already reported to mmt. Horrible experience. While reporting to hotel they change the room, when i ask what is surety of not having in this room. So the person asked me not to worry and this room won’t have.

Poor Stay
The lighting was poor...corridor had red lights nd the area seemed too dark and shady. There were 2 men always smoking at the entrance of the hotel near the reception that made me feel uneasy. No cleaning or toileteries will b given till we ask. Even complimentary water was only provided at our request. Worst of it all, I saw a bed bug while leaving. Thankfully we did not hv to prolong our stay there but nothing seems right there.

Great Stay!
Good place with plenty of space, Neat and clean that other budget hotels and places. Would highly recommend business and leisure travellers.

How can Hotel staff steal Shaving foam & Mach 3 Razor !!!! having first time such Terrible experience & Hotel Staff showed no interest in even searching for it or inquiring from their Staff .

Terrible Stay
businessHotel staff is unprofessional & rude. They have given first single category room in-spite the booking of deluxe. When i insisted thry given room which seems not opened for long, smelling, expired tea & milk sachets. Room painting peeling off. Service is pathetic. Even they refused to give water bottle. No food at hotel if u don't order before 7pm ( they didn't tell while checking in )

It's like a well furnished service apartment but the towel and pillow covers were dirty and smelled.

Have had a good experience in trebo nestlay chennai. The location was apt for my stay requirement. Service executive was very approachable. Only breakfast was available. Very limited items. The service of the executives can improve. They can be a little more cordial. Amenities is fine. Bathroom flooring can be washed better as when water drops it is very slippery

Located at centre of place easy to access. Food needs to be ordered from zomoto; only breakfast is served by hotel which is good and for standard room bathroom are very congested
