This hotel clearly lacks basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Coupled with the unprofessional conduct of the staff, i cannot recommend hotel o om sakthi to anyone visiting pondicherry. There are far better options available in the city that prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction. Very very worst room my room number 202. A/c water leaking issue toilet water hand flush not working waste of cost. No towel and teared blanket.

First the hotel denied checkin firstly they told there is no vacant room, then i called the oyo helpline no. provided in the booking, they took too much time but could not resolve, the executive told that i can take refund,but i told him clearly that we have already spent on cab, so provide the refund of that too al9ngwith penalty, then he asked to contact, when i called ,they took almost half an hour and then the same hotel gave checkin, but the room was completely different than what was shown online. the receptionist gave only one room and asked to wait for 1 hour before they could arrange two other rooms as we have booked 3 rooms. The receptionist asked us whether we want delux rooms fir Rs 2000- extra. we took that as they were little bigger than the earlier provided rooms,but apart fron size the rooms were dirty and old furnitures ,mattresses were used , the pillow covers were also dirty. the bathrooms have cockroaches and there was no vetilation at all in the bathrooms. the smell of cigarettes was all around in the gallery. People were fighting in the night and they were shouting. we were not able to sleep peacefully. i want to give -10 star to this property if allowed . one should not book this property and hotels levelled under OYO tag, they are lacking basic amenities even handwash not provided in the bathrooms and bucket ,mugs were very dirty. Never book this property amd oyo rooms
