Hotel Green Palace

The water which was used for bathing was very dirty and cleanliness overall in the room was not good. I experienced a lot of cigarette smoking smell in the room, so I am rating it poor. They need to improve.

Staff is very co-operative, food is good and the ambience of room is also very good. Food delivery is on time & in a very proper manner. I experienced a very good feeling in hotel.

Hotel stay is good and location , food , staff behaviour also good. Only one thing i was found room cleaning and bathroom cleaning cause always smell come

Hotel food was good but wifi not working

expensive for what it offers. The cleanliness level is that of a 1 star or lower. Bathrooms smell, fixtures are disgustingly unclean. Mattresses was old and had springs poking through. Room service staff is incompetent. Food was. Breakfast didn’t have options.

buffet food found cockroach and no response from the hotel staff room fixture are too hold and rusted and fridge was not working .....I won't recommend to any of my friends and colleague thanks

In pondy and madurai hotels are good but rameshwarm hotel is not good Madurai hotel brek fast is good also Chenai hotel is excellent

The hotel is located near the bus stand and hence, easily reachable and well connected. I have stayed here a couple of times and the experience is good. The property is a bit old and hence, some bathroom fixtures, etc. are rusty and creaking. It might be time to change some of the fixtures. But overall they kept the room and bathroom clean which is important. They provide complimentary breakfast which is nice. Overall, the food is also good. They have recently increased the food prices. For those interested, they have a bar too. Room service is also fine. Okay to stay at this price.

Rooms are good but the services are bad & hospitality not there. Waiters behaviors are rude. But its center of city
