location is good but ,rooms are dirty, washroom also,no water supply for bathroom,when I booked hotel Oyo addded breakfast with my trip but when I reach the hotel the hotel maneger said they can't give us breakfast.very disappointed with Oyo hotel ocean view

Flush not working in bathroom and water problem and also room not good. I am wondering how this hotel gets 3 star. Also when i booked hotel breakfast included but when i check in reception said that breakfast not included. Very very bed experience.

Paani hi nhi hai is pure hotel me. Reception me complaint krne k baad. Mujhe kehte k hum apko hmara dusra hotel beta dete h aap waha jake nahalena. Ye baat hoti h koi.

Isme room available hi nahi tha. Is karan mujhe iska koi experience. Nahi hai mere booking ka koi matlab nahi aaya

- despite opting for a room for 3 adults, the hotel charged 300- extra for mattress. How can the hotel expect 3 adults to sleep on one bed. When tried to explain the situation, the receptionist who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and rigid. Not at all cooperative staff. - flush not working. Requested thrice to fix it, change the room or at least give an access to another washroom. The person pretended to fix it, but throughout our stay, the flush didn't work, and we had to resort to pouring bucket water in the commode. - blankets and bedsheets were spoiled and oil-stained.

This was a nice hotel, behavior-wise. One thing was, there was no lift, but we got the 2nd floor so was ok enough. And, also, cleanliness, it was not very clean. But ok, for one day stays.

Everything is good, cooperative staff.

Vary bad experience with Hotel Monarch, location of Hotel is too poor, staff of Hotel is not cooperative overall it's bad Idea to choose this Hotel.

Hotel is near Delhi Airport in Mahipalpur. Near to highway. Road access to Hotel is clean, but little bit congested. Many food options are available. Management is very helpful. They have their transport as well. Rooms are clean some minor renovation was in progress when I was around. Almost all rooms are AC small suggestion for improvement toilet soaps need to checked and corrected as the water did not drain out in my bathroom.

Nice for stay. Good behave by staffs.

Room and was not cleaned, blanket was torn, I have reached at mid-night, I have already informed about my reaching time on phone, but there was no proper communication between the guy who picked my phone and the guy who was at reception, room lock was in broken condition and that was the only room available, he told me whenever you want to go out give me a call he will open the room. No towel provided No mineral water available, they gave RO water in used bottle (which was taken from used room in which I stayed) All over experience was terrible

Staff was very bad making conditions and I paid the amount but my booking amount was lesser. Staff was very very bad. And next time I will not choose this.

Don't book ever here. Very bad and fake hotel in Delhi air city. No one should go there for stay.
Very bad rooms, no one should book this hotel for even single night stay. MakeMytrip please discontinue with this hotel. It's not worth at all, everything is fake here, even hotel location is not good.

Good location. But facilities could be better. OK hotel at this price.
