Review Of Hotel O MINI TOWER INN

There was no hotel at all, got cheated 900rs. Worst experience in my life. I want full amount refund

First they denied that we don’t have your booking despite having a confirm booking then they refused to give me towel…door gate was broken and room was so unhygienic

I would just say "it was value for money. Nothing to shout about & nothing as much to complain about.

Nothing was good about that hotel. Starting with the location, we had very difficulty in finding the property as the exact location is not mentioned anywhere also there's no name board on the hotel. Also they are running several properties under that name all in the same area hence no exact address for hotel. Then they denied check-in and asked to pay triple the price we paid on mmt, but this was solved later by mm t support. Then the room was so dirty, used plates and glasses were kept on bed, didn't get any water, the floor was all wet. So overall a horrible experience.

You can stay there with great experience and supportive staff. All facilities are good and you will choose

Staff was cooperative and polite, overall excelllent stay. They provided room before checkin time without any issue
