The property was completely different from what was shown online. Wrong location, terrible building condition, and no proper facilities. I had booked the “breakfast in bed” offer, but the hotel didn’t even have a kitchen, so no breakfast was provided. The room had a foul smell, mosquitoes, dripping AC water, and unwashed blankets. Because of these issues, I had to check out the very next afternoon without completing my 2-night stay.
I request a refund for at least 1 day of unused stay and my money back for the breakfast that was never provided.
