I had a terrible experience there :( In my whole fu*king travel life I never had anything like that before. They didn't let me check in! why because I had my ID proof in DG locker (e format) , GOI guideline (IT act, 2016) accepts this but they didn't. they should have mentioned it clearly on the booking site but they have not! I lost my money and time. BTW the location is pathetic and one interesting thing is that they don't want bengali guests 😅 how racist ! although I have nothing against them I just want my money back. (it is on Oyo how are they gonna refund my money*)

My recent stay at Siddhartha Hotel left me deeply dissatisfied. The cleanliness of the facilities was severely lacking, with visible dirt and neglect evident throughout the premises. From the unclean rooms to the unkempt public areas, it was clear that proper hygiene standards were not being upheld.Furthermore, the lack of water in the morning was a major inconvenience. Being unable to access such a basic necessity significantly impacted my ability to start the day comfortably. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the staff, there was no resolution or apology summary, my experience at Siddhartha Hotel was far from satisfactory. I would caution potential guests against booking a stay here, as the subpar cleanliness and lack of essential amenities detract significantly from the overall experience. It is my hope that the management addresses these issues promptly to prevent future guests from enduring similar disappointments.
