Review Of Hotel O Kiiza Stay House

Pathetic stay. Denied check in even after confirmed booking. Later, room given was dirty and in pathetic condition.

They denied to give room and saying that payment has been not received to me .I kindly request u to take strict action against it .and kindly refund my money .

They have not provided me the room u have booked, they have not even a water bottle , deny to change hotel or cancel the booking

unhygenic and price value is 100 rupees per person, when I went initially they even said I don't have any booking , online payment goes through but booking is not confirmed,

Actually the staff was rude the fan and ac were not working we were not given a different room when complained also we have requested for a refund as we check out within 2 hours due to uncomfortable enviornment and bad amenities. Kindly look into the matter

I booked through your app, but they denied my booking, this is a big black mark for such an established company like you. I never recommend make my trip to anyone. So sorry
