Best resort, but hygiene level is zero. They need to improve room cleanliness atleast to survive in hotel line. Maintaining hygiene level must. Location is very beautiful and peaceful but only if you going with your vehicle. Resort has too much space for parking. Food is below average. Resort has many paid activities like boating, rope cycling, zip line etc. Free access for Swiming pool. It has own natural waterfall. But all of this are waste if they don't maintain Room cleanliness and other maintenance.

Excellent Stay
Hotel have swimming pool, artificial lake and waterfall adjusent to it. Its nice!

Unprofessional staff ready for fight
Staff is ready to fight if u said anything as a customer rights, no else option there stay in fear or left the property. U will find khud ker types behevier of staff.

Staff was also average
We meet staff in that night and they ask me for charges increased. I refused that. Again I ask for help to take our baggage inside but they not did that. That night with staff was not good but in morning we got better service. And we happy with that. Thanks

Location is far from Mussoorie
The overall experience was good. Children enjoy a lot of activities. The cleanliness of the room was poor. Food has a limited variety.

Adventures place, mini Kempty fall
It's a good hotel. Enough parking available and roads are ok to go there. Food is above an average. Staff behaves average. They didn't provide free breakfast because we are 15 min late. This hotel has many activities have to do but they are chargeable but boating and swimming is free. Recommended from my side.

Very bad experienced
This is hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Ac is broken and beds have bugs in it. Gloomy ambience. It is a mess in the middle of a messy location. Only reason to book is its proximity to Kempty fall. Otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all. Food was unhygienic.

Awesome place for holiday
This resort was a very awesome place for holiday in summer with lot of activities Around. Staying here like a dream. Kempty fall is the best and must visit place in Mussoorie which is at walking distance from here. I would love to visit here again and again.

Loved it.
I really enjoyed having a stay at hotel. It was a very good experience, the staff was also very nice with me. Actually I even didn't had a feeling of a hotel it was giving me a home feeling only.

Excellent location. Room service poor. Facilities poor. No power back. No clearer in room. No toiletries in room
Just room and nothing else. Far off from Mall Road 20kms. Location of hotel is good, close to mini waterfall.

Good for adventure lovers
The resort is at adventure site. Rooms are small but location have lots of activities to do so you can enjoy. There is only one restaurant for food. The pool is very dirty as it is open for the visitors of the adventure Park, they should clean it on regular basis. Also cleanness is required Around the resort and waterfall as it is the only main charm of it.
