I had emergency so i couldn’t take up the room , there was no refund provided and the hotel was looking like haunted place ,

It was okayish but the bedsheets and pillows were not even washed properly and there were tiles instead of walls and the washroom was terrible. Ok

Stay with this hotel is average, bathroom is not clean and hygiene, room is ok, guest service and reception is worst. Coming to location, we are not identify the location no name board and asking to the hotel staff they are saying this is not the hotel that you are searching. Better they have to improve a lot.
