Hotel Southern Residency- Near to SIPCOT

This is the worst experience I ever had the people are terrible here the people don't respond to the call in night the don't give water bottle in night I will recommend not to book this hotel ever they staff don't behave well they the service is the worst

I stayed for a week and found that the reception staff needs training in customer interaction and billing. The restaurant served good food with professional staff, but the Wifi was poor, and there were significant housekeeping issues, including cockroaches and inattentive service. These matters require immediate attention.

This hotel is very clean and hygienic with mannered staffs. The ambience is very good. Location of the hotel is very accessible . Although the food quality in the restaurant is good, the price seemed at a higher side.how ever if you like South Indian food, good restaurants are nearby with reasonable price. The room size in Southern Residency is very spacious even for 3-4 people.Overall the stay was very comfortable.

Its a decent stay. Good room and facility. For the location and amenities it is bit high priced . Suite rooms has no proper ventilation. Can be made better.

The stay at southern residency is out of my expectations...the quality of food care and hygeine is too notch ..I would recommend this hotel for all the families around the corner...thanks

i would this hotel is the best in omr...I have stayed many times and I would recommend this hotel to anybody in chennai due to its ambience service safety and many more...the inbuild bar and kitchen is a added advantage and I had a hassle free experience everytime.thank you southern residency
