I stayed at many Hotel, but this Hotel was pathetic. The receptionist was very much rude, they don't even know how to behave with guests. Really really frustrating. Those obnoxious receptionists were there to harass the guests. I paid the charge by online mode, but they totally denied that and forced me to pay again there. The food quality was very poor. I don't know how this type of Hotel comes under make my trip. Please take strict action against that Hotel.

Good Hotel for stay

Complementary bf is very limited to bread toast. Hotel location is nice. Dinner served up to 8:30pm. Lunch and Dinner is okay.

The Hotel can be said to be good as it is located far from main Kolkata City. The food is good and Hotel staff is friendly.
