Terrible Stay
Fan/ac not working, window broken letting mosquito to enter, pillow unchanged, idiotic and rude behaviour of all staffs, why this property is on mmt?

Not a good stay, many times water not coming inn tollet, too much of noise in rooms from outside of geneartor and traffic of outside very hard to sleep, waiters are untrained to serve breakfast

stay was ok, but not expected much...hotel staff was good....but room size is too small and no moving space...some pungent odour in the room...cost was pretty high for this stay...

Issue with amenities
Ac and wifi both were not working, even after request they did not provided these basic aminities

groupHighly unprofessional staff, very dirty rooms and toilets. There were stains on the linen. Do not submit your id to the receptionist. He almost lost mine.

We traveled to Rishikesh and stayed at Chandra Bagha it's decent hotel with nice views and good food.

Amazing stay
It was amazing, the room was comfortable. Bedsheet and duet are very clean. I like to visit there again with my partner. Didn't have meal. So couldn't comment anything on that but next time I would taste some dishes too. Polite staff.

Clean room, good location, helpful staff
The hotel is located as on starting point of Rishikesh little off from tourist spots like Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula. The hotel manager was very courteous as I had to catch bus at 3 am and there were no transportation, he took me for a ride so we can find an auto at such hours.

Not safe for stay, poor service and staff behaviour disgusting
Looks like bypass Side cheap Hotel, very unsafe location. Staff was not cooperative, one of staff was behaving like local goon. U would face problem if u pay payment online. Service and room facilities was just terrible, bed sheet was dirty like hell, worst experience,

No towel, not kit for wash, and break fast was only bread toast which was not compatible with money charged for break fast. Rude behaviour at entrance

Very poor service
I stay 2 night but there no facility of kitchen or room service. There is no room service and don't get anything for eating.

Overall good stay
It provides double bed room equipped with a/c, geyser. Very much clean. But the restaurant below was closed.
