Stayed in Deluxe rooms. Rooms are decent and clean and washrooms are clean and well maintained. Stay was comfortable. The Reception and entrance is a bit odd but found the rooms to be decent and good. Don’t go by the look of the reception and entrance.

The room was clean and good staff and their behaviour is good. But we were not offered and welcome drink it was expected bcz you guys have mentioned it highlighting as your best usp. My room ran out of water for 15 mins while i was in the shower for which the staff apologised. There was frequent power cut because of which the AC stooped in the room and in the restaurant. The DG generator takes 30 mins to kick in . The pool was great and clean .

Horrible experience

No courtsey left in newly appointed staff. Been visiting this hotel since 2022. always stayed for 3-4 days or more. this time when I visited, I found some newbies on reception which was normal. I was given a dirty room, complete moist walls and no balcony when I paid for a deluxe room. On the day or checkout reception lady started calling me at 11.30am saying that time is over and it's checkout time and blah blah.. I just need some 30 more minutes on which she said it's your concern hand you will be charged extra and what not.. I left my belongings in cupboard which I clearly remember , upon checking they said they didn't find anything.

Terrible Experience – Completely Misleading

The hotel was extremely unhygienic and nothing like what was shown on the booking platform. The room was in pathetic condition, dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom was absolutely unusable – filthy and disgusting. This place should not even be listed for bookings. Highly disappointed!

Not a good option. The hotel is located in narrow street that is difficult to locate. The lift facility is not available. You have to use stairs to go to your room on the 2nd 3rd floor. Rooms are small in size and not properly maintained. Bedsheets are not very clean. The taps in the bathroom are sinking. While in hotel you will feel like you are in a dharamshala. Only positive side that staff is cooperative.

That was not so good stay as i did wait for 6 hrs for check in as i already informed and pay for early check in. . Stay was not so comfortable that was bad experience

I highly recommend rishikesh grand because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff but they had limited menu in breakfast buffet. This is the view from my roo.

The hotel rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and we also has food from their restaurant which was amazing. They had a clean pool as well and in the evening they put up IPL matches on their projector in the garden.. Great vibe. It is located at a walking distance of 800m to Lakshman jhulla in the Tapovan area.

This property location is very pleasant, located at a very prime place. Staff is soo cooperating, love the infrastructure, rooms are quite spacious bathrooms are well equipped. Hygienic as well.
