We stayed for 2 nights in the mountain view room. The room has a balcony as well with a mountain view which was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the food was also fine. Overall a good experience.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The rooms lacked basic facilities — the walls were poorly painted, and there were no amenities provided. The bathrooms were dirty, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the food was quite expensive compared to the quality and the rates charged by the hotel. Overall, not a pleasant experience and definitely not worth the price.

Overall, I was pleased with the hotel's amenities, particularly the spacious and clean room, as well as the extensive parking facilities. However, I did encounter an issue with the in-room TV, which stopped working and displayed a message prompting me to recharge my set top box. I was disappointed by this inconvenience, as it impacted my overall stay. I would like to note that the food, while not exceptional, was acceptable. Despite the issue with the TV, I found the stay to be generally comfortable. I hope that the hotel management will address the issue with the TV and set top box to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests.

Unhygienic. How? Cockroaches on the counter next to the mini fridge, food cooking on the ground floor out in the open, stains on the towels, and black dirt spots on the bedsheets. Hence, way over priced. Only good points were the location and the staff's behaviour.

donts ever stay.. it's horrible exp

cockroaches in the room. cigarette buds in the room. no door mate in the room no towels in the room no Mosquito vapour in the room no bucket and mugs in the room got car damaged by the parking guy of the hotel. I have asked for the CCTV footage for the same. poor room service. no tea bags in the room

Terrible Stay

I had a pathetic experience during my stay. The appliances weren't working. Breakfast wasn't served on time. And on repeated complaints, the issues were not properly rectified. Not recommended for future visits at all. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
