One of the best stays - spacious rooms, great food and courteous staff. What else one could ask for in a place that is a tourist hotspot and full of hotels nearby! The location too is pretty good. I’ll definitely be staying there in my next trip.

The hotel staff upgraded my room to a Suite room which was a great gesture.The breakfast was good but very limited options. Also in room dining food was good. The hotel location is also typical.The cleanliness not upto the mark & even the staff was not responding fast except one Front Desk Madam. One thing hotel should note they charge Rs 100 for a mineral water bottle which is not acceptable. I think Regenta should not give their brand name to such properties . Overall a mixed experience .

Our experience was wonderful. During check-in we faced a problem with the air conditioning of the room however hotel staff was quick to the rescue, they upgraded us to a suite room. The room service was quite smooth. We enjoyed the pool and the inbuilt jacuzzi in the suite room. The staff guided us through our local travels as well to ensure our smooth journey. We enjoyed the massage services as well. It was quite a relaxing and fun experience. Thanks to the staff for being polite, efficient and trustworthy.

i stayed at regenta dls yesterday, and honestly, it was an absolutely amazing stay. the food was very tasty, especially the buffet dishes — i loved them! the restaurant was very clean. there were 4–5 staff members dedicated to making sure we didn’t face any issues. the staff was really good, and the manager was also very nice. and yes, we had a lot of fun in the pool — seriously, it was so much fun! totally worth it. the rooms were spotless, and everything was well-settled. from the moment i stepped into the property until i checked out, i didn’t face a single issue — and that’s something i really appreciated. everything was handled with just one call, which made my stay even more comfortable. highly recommended 🤗🫶🫶🫶

Staff denied check in and asked to shift to another property of theirs downgrading to 2k per room lesser than what we paid for. Swimming pool not functional and algae formed on the water with too much mosquitoes. AC was not working for our room and nothing was resolved after complaining about it at 3 in the noon till night and we had to sleep without ac. Worst management ever

unfortunately my experience was far from what i expected upon arriving in the room i noticed there were no tissues in the bathroom when I requested some the staff did not provide any which i found unprofessional Additionally there was no locker in the cupboard to securely store my belongings, which was very disappointing especially for a hotel charging premium rates and no water bottle was provided in the room which is a standard offering at most hotels given the price i paid i expected much more and i won’t be returning to this hotel in the future and wouldn't recommend it to others

Experience was not good, the approach to the hotel is horrible, broken and undrivable and unwalkable. The fact that you are supposed to be able to see the river from the hotel is also misleading there is no view at all as too many buildings now. The first room we were given was horrible wt the loo out of service on complaining they changed to a better room. The staff was polite and courteous for sure and tried to help.
