Hotel Gangotri Plaza @Laxman Jhula

Property is excellent, and staff also very good, all staff behaviour is very polite and property location is also very good

that hotel is very good but the location is kind of okok and overall experience is good , staff and receptionist all are very friendly and supportive

Hotel was good. Staff was soft spoken and welcoming. It was on the main market, so cafes are on walking distance. Cons: no parking.

Looks like new / renovated property, nice stay only problem is parking which is not available due proximity to Laxman Jhoola.

the food was terribally served in low quality disposable plus the lady at the hotel was very rude, the person did not help us a bit, the toilertres were not served properly

Courteous staff, good Room quality - Neat & Clean. Food option is limited, outside Vehicle entry restrictions are there in the Road adjacent to the Hotel. Already submitted

the hotel is nice, but there is no food option and they don't provide cutlery if they provide food, so it is very difficult to feed children and have food neatly.

Its far from its mentioned location lakshman jhula, you don’t get a public vehicle to reach there. On top of that we had to walk 2/3km to reach there. Also hotel rooms were not clean, hygiene was not maintained

It’s very convenient place. Room is pretty big. Very close to ghat & lakhshman jula. Will stay again for sure.

The location of the hotel was so interior that there was no connectivity of any mode of transportation. There was no lift at the hotel we had to climb 3 floors every time even if we needed the smallest thing and there was no such thing as room service, no one was available at the reception, we had to call the receptionist every time even for the smallest thing, then also they took nearly an hour to bring the basic food like daal chaval. There was no proper room service or house keeping staff some teenagers were roaming around in hotel as house keeping staff or waiters & it feel unsafe around them when you are with females in your family.

It was very difficult to reach hotel as there are hardly any autos going over there. Also there were power outages in hotel and there was no inverter so i had to spend night without electricity.

The hospitality was excellent, very good amenities as per the photos on MMT. faced difficulty in location only.

i had book this hotel from MMT , it was a bad experience of ny life...there was totally unhygienic room...washroom...balcony also very unhygienic..even they have served food in disposal plates ,,,hotel management has no tea cup also,,hotel's location is very cheap and smelly...!

Very neat and clean hotel and rooms are also clean. Hotel staff is very helpful and good in nature. 5* rating from me. Property location is good, near by market. Hotel doesn't offer parking, you have to park you car in paid parking near to hotel.

The location is close to laxman jhula and sacred river Ganga . Hotel has maintained good hygiene. At present Laxman jhula is closed for safety and a new bridge is being constructed I hope to be ready by 2026. Apart from local vehicles 4 Wheeler vehicles are not allowed close to the hotel however the team had sent two boys to help us with the luggage. The staff was cooperative.

what an amazing stay .. very supportive staff and a great location. the ganga ghat is across the road.

Staff was good , place was clean , perfect place for family . Very close to Laxman jhula and the street alongside has amazing vibe and very nice restaurants.

It was a great experience staying here. The property is good, the food is tasty, and the staff is helpful.
