Property not so good. Fifty percent leaving room. No food available at hotel and near by.snack and tea facility not available. So more over the hotel not suitable as per rate considered at Rishikesh.

Hello Binod ji, Thank you for your feedback. We do not have restaurant/in kitchen at our hotel (already mentioned) but we always arrange food from outside if required. Also nearest snack point is at just 40 mtrs away where you can have fast food and tea coffee. And main market (tilak road) there are multiple food options is just 200 meters away (you can check this in Google maps). The only thing is when you called us before check- in our mobile number was not reachable and you called multiple times in few minutes while it was not reachable, as soon as you checked in your were in anger at reception that our number was not reachable. We gave you alternate numbers immediately. Aslo we explained to you at the reception that why our number was not reachable for just few minutes. Still in future we will provide alternate number in advance for customers easiness. Thanks and regards. 😊

Comfortable stay, co-operative staff, the reception guy made sure hot water was available at 4 am as requested by me only mistake i did was i thought this hotel was near yogi nagari rishikesh railway station (this is around 2 kms away)
