Review Of Hotel New Castle

Behaviour of the staff was not good. No TV connection. Wifi not working. No food provided. Not even tea . Stayed 3 days no cleaning was done. Location good.

It was very amazing stay. The location was excellent. Hotel staff behaviour was very nice.There was no food due to Durga Puja.Cold Water , Hot Water was also provided on 1 call.

Hotel interior design is amazing very photogenic, lobby, restaurant and stairs all look beautiful. Easy access to everywhere 1 km away from Mg marg, and barely 200 metres from both taxi stands wether sharing or private.

we have booked complementary food breakfast and launch or dinner but they have provided very little amount of food and food not so good and very spicy and oily, also they have denied to serve food in the room. in Dinner time they provide ver less amount of food even after repeated asked they argue with us. overall it felt us very embarrassing situation.

Very bad, the manager was very bad in behaviour the service was pathetic.

The hospitality is mind blowing. The staffs are very polite and always have a smiling face . The rooms are spacious. Perfect hygiene is maintained in the rooms. TV , geysar , everything is there . The hotel is at a prime location. From the time we arrived till the time we check out, they make you feel at home. Very beautiful experience.

Excellent peaceful stay. Prime location of gangtok. Bus stand walking distance. Most important easy check in process. Staff were too decent and helpful. Good restaurants also available at walking distance. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Rooms are nice, location is in prime location, food and aminities aura good. Providing tv but no channel is coming. Regarding providing toileteies and tea coffee sachet is not available, on request they are providing tea coffee sachet and hot kettel.

The room is clean, hygienic and spacious. The staff is very supportive and kind. Hot water is available at any time.

Rooms and bathrooms are quite good. Only things that lack is room service and distance from M.G Marg. Otherwise satisfied.
