The staff were very friendly and had a great experience, It's a bit offbeat from gangtok main town but totally worth it,

Overall experience of the first day the hotel is good but the service and the food quality is very bad and one more thing the distance between the gangtok market and the hotel is approximately 05 km and the hotel location is not very good because near the hotel no medical store no restorent etc so as per my experience is not really good. Thank you

Property is little away from the mg marg but it is close to all the local sightseeing points ( even Walking distance for some) . Rooms are neat and clean with good view.

2. Bad service. Bathroom got locked from outside and room service wasn't able to open it. We had to leave a few belongings inside the bathroom as they weren't able to open it

We stayed at Hotel Dragon Inn at Gangtok. Not very far from M.G. Marg. Room was spacious, breakfast and dinner were just awesome. Value For money. Staffs are very helpful and polite.

Terrible experience ever in my travel history. I stayed in the hotel from 12th March to 15th March 2020 and I got the worst experience ever in my life. (1) Behavior of the hotel is ridiculous. (2) Water not served properly (where mineral water was there in amenities). (3) WiFi does not work in my floor after making several complain's to the hotelier and Make my trip customer care but nothing fixed. (4) TV not working. (5) Food quality is worthless and all are overpriced. (6) Cleaning staff not came once in these 3 days. The hotel have nothing which you can call it as a 3 star property.

Had a wonderful stay at hotel Dragon Inn. It is just 3 km from MG Marg. Hotel has all the modern amenities and the best thing was food we got there. Location is also good and staff were very helpful.

Fabulous stay at this hotel. Rooms are very spacious and view of the mountains was just the best part of the hotel they served us very yummy food and MG Market was just 15 minutes. We really enjoyed a lot. Staff were very helpful.

A good place to stay in Gangtok It is 3km from MG Marg and local share taxi takes for dropping. The taxi stand is about 200 meters away. The view from the room was awesome and loved the delicious food. Sikkim is a very beautiful place.

Hi I booked hotel for 3 days but left hotel only 2 days because there is no service providing by hotel staff. Hotel is good, owner is good, but staff is very rude specialy mr sanjiv. Food quality is down and costly. No lift. No powerbackup. Rooms on basement.

Good accommodation for family, travelling with own vehicle. This hotel is not at all recommended for those travelling through hired vehicle. It is six km away from main road. There is no shops nearby. You have to take food from this hotel only. Otherwise you have to travel minimum three km from that location. Foods are little costlier in this. hotel.
