Review Of Hotel Landmark

We arrived at hotel on 28th Oct at about 14.00 hrs. Location was very prominent and sea view was available from rooms. But there was no lift available from front office to reach these rooms. We are asked to take cars to back side of hotel where car parking was located at high level of hills and amenities like swimming pool, garden & approach road with gate located at that high level of hill. Rooms were neat & clean. Beds, towels, bed sheets & blankets w ere of not so good quality. But sea view was available from rooms.

Hotel was not up to the mark, amount they charged was not worth the room, the rooms were not clean, in breakfast there wasn't any option, no proper hot water, bathroom were not clean, in short the price more than double they charged

The property location is good. Swimming pool water is dirty. Premises is not well maintained

Hotel maintenance was adequate, every thing was needed to be asked like ac, geaser and extra. I am not that much satisfied with this hotel

good management and host, helped with all the needs. near the beach 500 meters walk to the temple and beach.

I traveled with my wife. It was my first trip to ganpati pule with my wife and i selected the worst hotel it was really bad service from the hotel staff. There were only 3 to 4 people the hotel was empty and the rooms were not cleaned and in room no tv working no phone working we ordered tea he didn't come and when we asked at reception he was replying i forgot i am sorry sir. Please don't go there guys

Hi as discussed, the hotel which was booed from mmt was not upto mark as expected. The stay was not so pleasant in hotel. First of all on 1st day arriving to hotel, the manager told us that there is no electricity in hotel and no backup for the same. So they ask us to shift to other hotel, which was ordinary hotel with ut ac or breakfast. We travel at hotel with our own transport expenses. We did not had choice but to stay there. Next day manger called us and told they will shift us to landmark in the morning. As all arrangements are being done. But there were power failures and backup failures during day and night hours also. There was no housekeeping services for three days. Only once we called them for housekeeping where they only changed bed covers no room cleaning done. Their restaurant was not opened as not been maintained properly so we did get in our room only. Swimming tanks were in worst condition. Which was very disappointing. Rooms were not having any intercoms. For calling anything we need to call them on mobile. Room boys were not in uniforms and untidy. The total property is not maintained properly. As the total stay was not good for us. And the valu for money we spend was disappointing. We thing either make my trip representatives are properly surveying the properties before they recommend to customers. We strongly request you to compensate our booking as special case. Positively expecting your feed back and action. Any updates?

No proper parking. No proper service. No intercom. No tv remote. No kettle for hot water. No refreshment in room (coffee, tea, milk powder) no power backup. In case electricity cut you have to be ready to fry in hot weather with high humidity. In washroom no handwash. If you need anything then go to the reception desk and if you are lucky enough then you will get what you want.

The rooms were neat & clean. Need to improve on basic amenities provided in the room.

worst place pool not working no power backup. rooms are not clean worst service form hotel management I leave this place in 10 min. worst response from mmt also they were forcing to stay there with poor amenities

I reached at night for checkin but hotel refused the booking, and said hotel is full. I had to search for a new homestay very bad experience

I came with my family and the stay at hotel is good having beautiful look and food served ws of good quality

Hi This Hotel has a great location very near to seashore and Ganapati mandir. However, it is not maintained properly. The restaurant is run down.

Good place to stay, was extremely clean the rooms are well maintained. Very close from the Beach and temple

Nice resort situated at prominent location. Very near to Ganpatipule beach and temple. Other attractions are also nearby. Food quality is very good both for breakfast and dinner.

No hot bath at night. Needs maintenance throughout the hotel.
