Location of the Property is good, walking distance from Temple n Beach, in main market so easy access to Restaurants across the roads. Cons No room service available, price were exorbitantly highly charged for the type of room it's not worth the 5k which MMT took it's worth 2/2.5 at the most .No lift in the hotel.

Property is very easy to find infect on the main road itself, no need to go to inside, Parking space is also good, staff was very generous didn’t asked us to pay for extra water bottle didn’t even asked, there is both veg and nonveg restaurants on ground floor and both are different restaurant so no problem in that as well food was also good at those we only tried on veg, hotel was very good room and cleanliness everything was on par, there are no complaints at all, last point is beach is at 10 minute walk not 5 as mentioned, but still very near to beach, will suggest this place rather than closer once.

The hotel is good and worth for money paid. No room service or food but restaurant was below hotel only. Also other eatery around which can be tried.

Rating 1 star because of pathetic service of the hotel staff specially... I booked the expensive deluxe room with charges higher than many local other hotels just to get the better room and service but what turned the worst is they offered me a smaller room saying it's a deluxe room which I doubted. First of all they never give warm water without asking for washroom and when I called and asked they gave it only for 2 minutes and I was in the middle of shower again getting ice chilled water shower.... When I called on their reception number which was written I the room nobody picked my call ever just ringing many times... Later when I went down and said in reception guy he instead started shouting on me saying sir it must be your fault I didn't get any call.. lying straight on my face. very arrogant behavior of the staff and pathetic service. PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL PATHETIC SERVICE!!

It was nice and comfortable room with basic facilities like hot water, tv good bed & neat clean room, But you it's expensive you can get way cheaper room nearby

Bed linen, towels were not clean, in fact they were not even changed. When you are paying 4K you would atleadt expect that.

This is a great place to stay, with delicious food options available. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend a visit.

Room was not clened ,everything (floor,mirrors,bedsheet,bathroom) was dirty(not properly cleaned)...it is overrated..Does not worth the money..they dont provide basic things also(dental kit) only soap and towel was there in room.

The room was specious and clean. Parking place was also available.This was walkable from beach and in lot many options of food available near by. The staff was also polite.

Location of the hotel is in center of Ganpatipule. Ganpati Temple is at 5 mins walking distance from hotel. You can find all the restaurants and grocery stories near the hotel. Hotel also has its own restaurant. Hotel Rooms are decent and clean.

We book two rooms and had mix of experience, one room has hot water facility and another one doesn't. About cleanness, then it was good however found out unexpected item in cupboard. Limited tv channel, fan control is not working. Overall, it's good stay, near to temple, enough food options.

Bedsheets were dirty, also there was blue small light coming from television all night. I thought it could be a camera. Room has some damp smell all over.

Good stay clean neat and tidy room good parking space. Staff is good and soft in nature only the important thing is they don't give room service for tea coffee. Which should be must for travellers like us who do bike ride for longer routes.
