Stay was okay, nothing exceptional. Average experience, could have been better.

although the hotel helped us by giving us early check-in, also provided breakfast on the first day of check-in, against we avoiding the breakfast on the last day. However, below are the points which are forcing us to provide bad reviews 1. we have taken two room, and Windows of both the rooms were broken, which acted as the entry point of insects and mosquitoes 2. AC of both the rooms were not working 3. drawers nad cupboards were broken and were falling apart 4. Bedsheets and mattresses were not clean and were stinking 5. Very very limited options available in the restaurant, even for breakfast only Idli and poha was offered on all days 6. We also came accross a theft which involved a Benetton leather belt costing around 2500 rs 7. There was construction activity going on in the hotel and there was total mess 8. The name has sea view,but there was no sea The facilities were poor, mosquitoes entered through a broken window, AC wasn't working and my expensive belt was stolen

Overall it was average experience, no hot water was there we missed two ganpati ji aarti, as water was not available till 8am. If you are booking this property please be careful, see all the quality check first

Sofas and bedsheets were dirty, there was no hot water and room service is slow , room was good if thi gs were cleaner

Rooms were leaky. Bad smell over the corridor and in the rooms. Got room freshner after requesting. food was GREAT. SERVICE is late.

The resort has very bad service, food quality is also average.The only point is water park for children's ,which was also available for 1hr only... for family not so worth....

Property is under maintenance, no person is there for room service room cleaning etc food quality is also poor charges are higher side. Room view is good. Room size is also big prize upto 3000 should be ok

Room was very good, sea view from the room is very nice, but need to improve amenities like, restaurant, water park slide time, room accessories like hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner etc.

amenities are damaged, Manager not good for co-operation. Water park time is fixed. fan regulator are damaged. rooms are not in 'OK' condition.

property is poorly maintained, swimming pool is too much dirty, bathroom also not equipped well.overall I will suggest don't spend money on this property.their food quality is also very poor

Room lookwise was ok AC duct was leaking to the room Toilet Flush system was not working while checkin Main issue was food The restaurant system was not working properly first day we had to wait morethan 1 hour to get order that too we got those gues left after 1 hour of their waiting We never used our breakfast coupon even though makemytrip charged

Services were not upto the mark for the price paid. Food orders placed were delayed alsomenu was limited.
