No satisfaction in any area, bed sheets, towels, cleanliness is absolutely useless, no tea facilities, breakfast is absolutely useless, no receptionist, no room boy, poor maintenance, hope less hotel

food was not good because vegitarian thali serve food is old before day make continue serve old food roti also before day make and washroom also not clean properly location was good but food and room was not good

Peoperty was good and clean rooms and room service was also good. The location of hotel was near Ganptipule Temple

The rooms were not fresh, they did not even give us water. The location we found by using google maps, no amenities were given.

Rooms are Neat and clean, hotel is near from temple, lot of restaurant available near, good staff.......

The washroom was not clean, there were mosquitos everywhere. It's not worth the price they are charging.

Positive thing: it is nearby ganpatipule temple, it would take 5min by driving. But improvement needed in customer service, room cleanliness.

The ac and tv was not working, wifi was extremely weak, washroom was pathetically dirty, no packaged drinking water of 20- and dental kit of 60- worth was provided, i failed to understand that why were we charged - for 2 rooms. In general these people are not bothered about client centric approach, as they know they won’t run short of business.

The property location is good, but the facility inside were not good. The ac was not working hence we had to escalate it many times but no great results. The bed was also in pretty poor condition. There was no tea available before 8 am which was really bad. The food served in the restaurant was pretty costly ans was not worth the cost.

Hotel rooms are good and well cleaned but hotel restaurant service is not good and so much delay in a single cup of tea only, they took 30 min for a single cup of tea.

Very good place to stay in ganpatipule. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is very friendly and cooperate well. Near the location within 10 min walking distance. Thank you.

Ac not working, no hot water. Beds are uncomfortable. Charges for walk-in check is half of mm t offering.

Pros: good food at the restaurant, rooms and linen, toilet was clean, friendly staff. Cons: food service was bad due to limited kitchen staff, food rates also on much higher side, toilet fittings need improvement

Every-time we stay in this hotel. Can visit with family and friends. Rooms are clean. Food is very delicious. Temple is just within five ten mins near by. The mrng break fast is also good. Thank you

Hotel is near the beach. Rooms are decent. Cleanliness is okay if you are not expecting much. Room service can be better. No complimentary mineral water is provided. Tv don’t have recharge. Some rooms have hot water issue

Stay was good, food and amenities are average, almost 1. 5 km from ganpati temple area and beach area

The washroom flush is not working, tv not working is not worth the money it takes, bad smell in room
