the hotel water was available only till morning 6am to 8am. the owner was little rude while talking. the lift was not available since lift working only on main electrical power. hotel do not have external power source like generator or power backup . we had to climb 2 floors . rest all found ok. satisfied. with this amount the stay was good I say

Terrible Stay
not good service we request to owner plz give room for taking shower only for 1 hour but they said book room again we can't give room I told him charge for that

Staff was not at all good its very inefficient and reception lady is so arrogant room is ok no at all bad cleaning of room and hotel is good and most terible is they mentioned in mmt that they have food services also available but we doesn't get any food services at all when i ask them for food they said go outside and find hotels they even try to arrange food from outside by them self

Deluxe room dirt
hotel lift was not working there was leakage in the tap the cupboard provided was dirty from inside not cleaned properly cobwebs were there all round the room in short the Deluxe room was not worth it.

Valuable hotel with best-quality
coupleAwesome & valuable stay at deepak executive. Very much thankful to owner i. E. Both uncle and aunt are cooperative. Property is at executive class as per name. Lift facility is available. I will recommend to all ganpatipule visitors to prefer this hotel. This property is near from prachin konkan museum & bus stand. Thanks again for such great service.

pathetic service
no proper arrangement, person on reception was rudely interacting. i dont recommend to anyone because of their behaviour

Average Stay
Rooms are clean but services are not good. Room having no wifi connectivity and intercom no one picks up. Prices are very high and services are very low. Overall experience is very average comparing to the price.

Bad choice to stay even for 1 night
Room and toilet was clean but the airconditioner was blowing steam like fumes. No dinning facilities even tho advertised. Completely fooling the customers as a “ executive “ they should drop it instantly in-spite of promising for cup of tea in morning was never delivered parking also v limited.

Terrible Stay
room is good but there are 3 type of room. we booked deluxe non ac for 3 adult And 1 standard room for 1 adult he shifted us in standard room for 3 adults also hotel was under construction so paint smell, washroom smell was terrible 😔

Good Stay
The location is close to temple and beach also the hotel is very clean. Ambience is good and room service on time feeling like one of the premium hotel.

Hotel is clean staff is very good but washroom design is not good and there no hot water for 24 hours but all over hotel is good near to ganpatipule temple walking just 10 min

Good rooms, reception is not welcoming
Ac rooms are good, cleaning wise ok, no hand wash in bathroom, need to use small bath soaps provided. The receptionist is not that polite. Overall a good stay for the family.

Rude and unprofessional, behaviour by receptionist
I wanted to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience i had during my recent stay at deepak executive i must express my disappointment with the level of service i received from you during my check-in process. Your attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional, which left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. As a guest, i expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, but unfortunately, this was not the case.

Poor Stay
Room is ok, in bathroom is slippery. No room service. Early morning get very hot water in all tap. No breakfast service or food service. Hotel is average.
