We had a good experience of our stay at this place. The resort is spread over a huge and very family friendly. Small kids will definitely enjoy to play in the garden area here. For senior citizens also it is very convenient as Ganpatipule Mandir is right next to resort.

Primarily I was booked in a no a/c double bed room. But it turned out to be in a most dilapidated condition. So on complaining, a new glittering double bed room with A/C was given to me on condition of paying the difference of tariff of the two rooms. I gladly accepted the offer. The restaurant was pretty good as the behavior of the house keeping staff. The beach scenary is immaculate. In a nutshell, it's worth visiting Ganapatipule..

MTDC resort is best as it is beside the beach and food is also excellent.The rooms are also clean and very nice overall stay was excellent we enjoyed the trip and hotel stay

The location was perfect, as it was just beside the Ganpatipule beach. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Restaurant facility was very good. Rooms service was ver good as well. All in all worth to plan a 2-3 days stay and enjoy the Sun-and-Sand.

Location of property was very good but inside executive room and bathroom were not very much fresh. Bathroom was having leakage. Table n chair had different dirt spots. It was very much ok.

One of the worst hotels ever to stay

over, The toilet seat was broken. There were many bugs in the bedding are and on the bed it was not able to sleep without cleaning them. There were 2 charging ports near the bed and one was not working. Also there is no television which was shown in property photos. Only advantage is that Ganpatipule temple is 5 minutes walking away and the sea view was amazing but the property is not well maintained at all. If you can ignore above all the things and only want near Mandir experience then only stay here

The Tarang restaurant is average (found a hair in my poha), bedsheets have stains. MTDC service is good. Only reason to stay there was the view and private beach.

we stayed at a bamboo cottage and they are just opposite the beach. The rooms are cozy and good for 2 people. The food is good..we ordered veg food. everything is good except the room had some peculiar smell. Beach is clean and it was like a private beach. For one night it is very good and I think it is the best located property.

Great location. I doubt how many properties in India is having such uninterrupted view of Sea from rooms. This resort is big planned beautifully. Restaurant used to serve good food although bit costlier. Service was great. Only negative point is that the property has got older and not maintained properly. Will request Maha tourism to maintain such a beautiful property.
