not worth as 3k , overall fine

We stayed in Premium sea facing rooms. Rooms were neat and clean. It has hot water service. Breakfast also was delicious. Overall we are satisfied with their services.

best place for stay staffs are very polite and Mr pramod is very helpful start to end best recommend place to stay

Good Location …next to beach. And Ganpatipule temple is just 4kms

View from the room was good.. but room were not that clean.. food was also costly

room was specious, location and view from room was awesome. but need lot of cleanliness in room, bedsheets, mattress, bathroom, surrounding, dinning area everywhere. I would give zero for cleanliness. bedsheets were with light stains at places. Fridge were given which was dirty and stinking

The stay at Beach Front villas was amazing. The property is huge and beach is visible from the rooms . Service is excellent . Staff is very cooperative. Overall amazing experience

Very spacious property. Rooms are big. Lot of greenery. Food is also excellent. They have aamrai at the top of hill. Kids enjoy fruit trees. Beach is just on the other side of road.

It was a wonderful stay at Beachfront Villas & Cottages. Property is very nice, well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Service is good. Location is just 15 mins from Ganpatipule city center. Malgund beach is just across the road by 5 mins walk. Beach is very quiet and serene.

The property is at an excellent location with proximity to the beach. Place is very peaceful and staff is very responsive and helpful. We stayed in the executive rooms and they were quite comfortable with a wide patio in front where we cud sit and have tea and lunch/dinner. AC and TV were in good condition and so we're the bathroom fittings. The shower needs an improvement though. The one thing missing in these rooms was a refrigerator. If this can be added to the rooms which are quite spacious, then it wud be ideal in summer. The room service was very good and prompt. Overall a very good property to stay snd enjoy the Malgund beach. Hence I gave a 4 star. Hope this helps.

This aspect fell below expectations and requires significant attention. 5. **Location Highlights**: - Malgund beach is very close to the property and offers a serene, uncrowded experience. It's ideal for relaxation, though the only activity available is parasailing. - The temple is conveniently located 4-5 km from the property, making it an easy visit for those interested. 6. **Overall Experience**: Despite a few drawbacks, we genuinely enjoyed our stay at the property. The positive elements—especially the food, staff, and proximity to the beach—stood out.

See the place is very aesthetically pleasing. But they need to work on cleanliness. If you are paying 5k plus for one day for a room you can at least expect cleanliness and hygiene. Some tiles in washroom are broken. Bed sheets and Pillow covers and not properly cleaned. The jar with which water is served was rusted. Although caretaker was kind enough to assist but such things should not be there if we are paying such premium amount for a room. Need’s alot improvement on the parts I mentioned from the owner. Also breakfast was very average.

Wonderful property very close to Malgund beach. the rooms were clean and sufficiently equipped although washrooms could be a little cleaner. Overall acceptable level of cleanliness at the price point. Even the food was very good and reasonably priced given that you get it at your room. The staff is very helpful

Terribly description of the property.

The property is very beautiful and serene. It’s pet friendly. Very close to malgund beach, you can hear the waves through out the day. The food was good staff was very supportive and friendly. Had absolutely no issues in my stay.

Rooms were not cleaned, dust on furniture, food is too costly, rs 480 for single small size pomfret and surmai, chicken dish was smelling bad too, food options are very less, no complimentary packaged water provided you have pay for it. Only location is good.

We had booked two rooms for two couples. Property was at a nice location, just walking distance from the beach. The staff was very polite and efficient. A few points for the management to improve on: 1) the toilet seat would often come off and we would have to call the maintenance person. 2) both the rooms had issues with the remote controls of ac and tv. 3) tv of one room would stop working after a while. 4) for one room the air conditioning was troublesome, the flap was loose. 5) for the price they charged, the kitchen should at-least have a toaster. Bread was pan fried when asked for a toast. No cheese when asked for a cheese omelet. 6) the bed was comfortable but would often creak. Otherwise the stay was good.
