Good stay but could have been much better

What I liked: 1. Location: About 3km from Ganapatipule mandir. 2. Beautiful landscaping. 3. Courteous staff. What I didn't like: 1. The property has clearly seen better days. The property was in better shape last time I visited it. 2. Breakfast was included for me. But it starts at 8am. I had to leave the hotel early at 7am which I did. I requested some discount at dinner in place of breakfast and all they could offer me was cookies! I was interested in their further follow-up just to get cookies. 3. Power kept coming and going. We had to bear with the loud generator noise.

Poor Stay

An excellent location is marred by poor main and upkeep. I visited this property 7 years ago, and it was excellent. However, this time, I was shocked to see the sorry state of affairs of the rooms and common areas. The doors weren't shutting, and the bathroom didn't have a latch. Even the intercom wasn't working. The pool was under maintenance, and it wasn't specified. The play area was also in shambles. The amount charged doesn't justify the facilities provided. Even the food wasn't of very good quality. The only saving grace was the hard-working staff.

we booked 2 rooms, 1st room was fine 2nd rooms AC was not working , We had to request hotel staff to repair it which he did 2-3 times still the problem persist We again requested to shift us to new room, luckily was AC worked in alternative room but room was stinking alot as if it was closed for a month or so staff who helped us in solving issue was nice view is excellent from resort food is average not very special... most of the rooms need renovation its high time...

This was my second trip to nakshatra and like last time the experience was amazing! Not only the view is beautiful but the staff is polite and responsive as well. The food is yummy and the place is hygenic. This is now definitely my go to place when I visit Ratnagiri

All rooms are sea view more or less. Restaurant is good. Breakfast had a nice variety. Location is on hilltop. View is fantastic but not accessible to beach.

We love this hotel . service and food is fantastic. rooms are big and luxurious.but charging points and door were not up to the mark. this is 2nd time we visited this hotel. but this time we felt awkward after seeing the condition of charging pt. door , wifi keeps stopping.
