we booked 2 rooms, 1st room was fine 2nd rooms AC was not working , We had to request hotel staff to repair it which he did 2-3 times still the problem persist We again requested to shift us to new room, luckily was AC worked in alternative room but room was stinking alot as if it was closed for a month or so staff who helped us in solving issue was nice view is excellent from resort food is average not very special... most of the rooms need renovation its high time...

Just for the view!!! No good food no wifi no network ! Bed is too hard to sleep for many nights !! But just for the view book it once 😉

amazing stay and view from the room
pool was not operational... else everything was upto mark. the view from rooms were exceptional. the food quality and taste of restaurant was also delicious.

Excellent Stay
This was my second trip to nakshatra and like last time the experience was amazing! Not only the view is beautiful but the staff is polite and responsive as well. The food is yummy and the place is hygenic. This is now definitely my go to place when I visit Ratnagiri

Budget luxury hotel
All rooms are sea view more or less. Restaurant is good. Breakfast had a nice variety. Location is on hilltop. View is fantastic but not accessible to beach.

good for sfay.sea beach 20 minutes by walk and few minutes by car.rooms are good to stay.swimming pool is reccommended.

We love this hotel . service and food is fantastic. rooms are big and luxurious.but charging points and door were not up to the mark. this is 2nd time we visited this hotel. but this time we felt awkward after seeing the condition of charging pt. door , wifi keeps stopping.

Wonderful location excellent vie
Property is located and a height adjoining the beach. We had excellent beach view from room. Cleanliness was good. Staff behaviour was excellent. Food was good. Some things need improvement like AC cooling was suboptimal, bathroom door stopper was not functioning properly. The issues were ignorable. Overall definitely worth visiting 4/5

Poor Stay
We have booked the resort soeciallyfor pool for the enjoyment by all family members but on arrival we came to know that pool is not functional which is very disappointing. AC of room is not working properly. The door of washroom is locking again and again which is irritating. Food is good and properly served. With the tarrif of this much it seems not worth and also disappointing.

Rooms are very old and dirty
The only good thing was the food. Rooms are very dirty not at all as shown in the pictures. And staff and service was not very helpful.
