The location was awesome. Away from the hustle bustle of the city. Rooms were decent and clean. Breakfast was also good.

it is a beautiful stay with good & bad. the property is very calm & serene. the owner & the staff are very caring. the property gives a feeling of authentic old days. the food is good. I loved everything except few things which could be worked upon & the experiences would be fantastic of the customers. Lots of big cockroaches in the dining space & lizards. Bed bugs due to which we had a tough time sleeping. we carried our own bedsheets so had to use that. Spider webs in the rooms. Cleaning & pest control is mandate.

Excellent Stay
The stay was excellent. Ambience was authentic and top notch.. Also the staff really took good care of us as we were travelling with my 1 year old kid.

Good Stay
the property is beautiful, the food was really tasty, the location of the stay is close to nature and far from busy life.the services were good not excellent. one issue was there were power cuts, they did have a generator but staying in summer without A/C is very difficult

waste of Money &
"The property is nice, like an old, large house. But the rules there are unreasonable. For example, we left Mumbai in the morning and reached there by 1 PM. After arriving, when we went to freshen up, we found out that the geyser timings are only from 8 PM onwards. Moreover, the food prices are extremely high. A single chicken thali costs ₹400, whereas the same chicken thali at a nearby restaurant would cost ₹150 to ₹200. There is no intercom either, so for every small thing, you have to go to the reception and ask. Considering the hotel's prices, nothing there seems worth it."

Excellent Stay
We really loved the food as it was feeling like homemade food,talking about the property it gave an antique and vintage vibes and and the architecture was fabulous. Loved the stay🔆🥂

Suitable for family
konkan nest is a beautiful property located near Ganpatipule. The temple was 2.4 km away from stay. The staff were very humble and helpful.

Terrible Stay
familyWorst stay experience ever. No hot water in room(except 6-8am) and in evening. Power to airconditioner was switched off at night although we were in the room. On the 3rd day of our stay entire building power was switched off as we were the only guests staying at that time for about 4 hours caretaker said there is no power back up. Food choice was very limited, only local food available. For even bread and egg we had to literally beg to them. Bedsheet had holes, Mosquito net also had multiple holes. Overall very poor maintenance and service was horrendous. Not recommended if you want to enjoy your vacation in Ganpatipule. We paid almost INR 5000 per night and service was worse than a homestay although the name claims to be a resort but there was no resort like facilities.

authentic Konkan property
Indeed it was authentic Konkan property. But it lacks behind in equipment’s provided as AC and fan they’re not working well. AC was working but was placed at one side of room due to which it was cooling only one side of the room which was disturbing my sleep as I was sleeping at the side of Ac overall ok

Calm and peaceful stay at konkani wada
Very nourishing experience. Very calm and peaceful environment. There are some maintenance issues like, fan regulator was not working, tv was not working. Overall it was a great experience.

Average Stay
Room services is not that good as compared to money. Even the veg food was ok ok. Only the location and ambiance was nice very authentic.

Worth a visit.
The stay was pleasant, rooms were average clean and food was great. The property is located in a cozy lush green space which makes you feel you are living in the middle of the forest and in an ancient setting. What could have made the stay perfect would be: 1. The property being mosquito free. 2. Washrooms having a shower/a few modern amenities (agreed that the property wants to give a rustic look but if you are calling yourselves a three star property and charging a hefty amount then make sure the amenities in the washroom are kept a little modern) 3. Ensuring the bed net is not torn 4. Keeping at-least two dustbins 5. Ensuring the tv is in working condition.

Property location is fine. Surrounding was calm and peaceful. If someone is going for relaxation its the best option. Dislikes - quality of room is poor as it was not cleaned properly. The mosquito net was too dirty. Cupboard was too small to keep a suitcase inside and that too with spiders. Food is good but you will be served on a single plate amd you have to ask for more again n again.

Good Stay
Beautiful property. Wada type design feels you in a different place. Lush green, serene konkan, neat and clean not only rooms but entire property. Peaceful stay. Best for family trips. Need improvement in service. It is bit slow. This may be because of diwali period also. But overall it is nice to stay here. Satisfied.

Good Stay
The stay and the concept is excellent the staff is very cooperative and helping the only issue with property is they don’t have a fully operational kitchen for day time as well because of which there are many problems with getting food whenever needed. If this issue is solved it’s going to be miraculous

Overall property is awesome but not maintained at all , You need to more active to gets small things done from care taker otherwise they will not entertain. You have to reach reception for every small thing which is one of the bad experience.
