Excellent Stay
The hotel is conveniently located for visiting tourist places and to travel by train and flight.It is a few metres (400) from Charbagh metro. The food particularly the buffet breakfast is very good and live counter for omelette and boiled egg. Over all a good experience for we 7 persons travelling as a family.

Terrible Stay
When entering at hotel as I already booked through MMT they just giving me room key and not assigned any person to pickup luggage I ask for towel as there was not kept in room they given after 1 and half hour Tab was broken Water flow was not good

Poor Stay
service not good.hot water not available.room locking system very bad not insured inciders privacy.only simple key system is bested compared to this system.even only droppers not provided for insider.

Rude and arrogant staff
Absolutely terrible experience at the reception. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and had no basic sense of how to speak to people. Instead of helping or guiding, they were arrogant and downright disrespectful. One of them even started threatening me over a simple question — which is completely unacceptable and shocking. Reception is the first point of contact for any place, and if this is how guests are treated, it speaks volumes about the overall management. If you're thinking of visiting or engaging here, think twice. Nobody deserves to be spoken to like this. Extremely disappointing.

Good Comfortable Stay at Convenient Location
Overall stay was good. Property is located at a convenient distance from station and most of the other important places in Lucknow. The staff was polite and helped solve any issues I faced. They also assisted me with any help I needed within the city and any additional services. Would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

Poor Stay
Property is good but not maintained, also they don’t intend to give better service. Bathroom won’t be cleaned when you will enter, this is my experience of second time stay. If you ask them to clean bathroom and at the same time they will try to convince you that its clean. No shampoo, no shop will be there. Water bottles were expired. Bed sheets were not very clean. Charges wise they will charge good. Overall they should focus on service.
