The property is not well maintained. It is a bit run-down. Breakfast service was not good. They are supposed to start breakfast at 7.30. The buffet was not ready even by 8.15. Housekeeping is also average. The towels are not clean. They had stains.

The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Also the chairs in the room had dirty spots on which one could not sit. After asking the bedsheets to be changed, again dirty sheets were brought saying that these are the only ones left.

coupleThe room staff entered the room without knocking. The door was locked and he used the master key to unlock the gate from outside. Upon confronting he said that they weren’t sure if the room was occupied so were checking of it. My question is if you’re unsure then isn’t that a common sense to knock before entering?
