Everything was good during the stay . Food was served hot during night . When I came late on 17 Th evening and ordered food at around 12.00 got the good quickly and was served hot

Fairfield Marriott, Lucknow, can improve on the food. 1) The breakfast spread needs to be broader and have more options. 2) Need to enhance the taste of the tea served. 3) Too much repetition in the buffet is not palatable. 4) Include more items from different cuisines. The hospitality was good, but the breakfast menu could be improved.

Good hotel to stay at and at a very good price. Where they could perhaps improve is TV channels especially sports channels. There was no premier league coverage. And No English movie subscriptions.

The rooms which were allotted to us had Dirty sheets, dirty blanket. Room had dirty roller blinds and the chair had stains on it. The hotel is spoiling the name of Marriott.

Food is good Location is also good However, Reception staff needs to improve their working They do not follow the instructions given to them by the guest.

I already booked city view room but at 1st we got simple room with no view even we booked 7 days before. Then after requesting a lot, we got our booked room. So I really request you to kindly take some steps over this so it will be improved. apart from it, breakfast was very good.
